With over 20 years of honorable service in the United States Army and a passion for elevating women into leadership, Shacara A. Johnson created EmpowHER Consulting, LLC as a powerful platform for transformation, mentorship, and legacy-building.
Shacara is a decorated veteran, dynamic trainer, leadership influencer, and sought-after speaker. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Public Administration, focusing on equity, education, and the advancement of women leaders. Her journey—from overcoming deep personal pain to commanding professional spaces—fuels her mission to inspire women to rise boldly and unapologetically.
At the heart of her work lies her signature T.R.U.T.H. Framework—a transformational model designed to help women break barriers, reclaim power, and lead with authenticity. The framework walks clients through five pillars:
